Zusammenfassung
Informationstechnologie (IT) wird als Oberbegriff für die Informations- und Datenverarbeitung verstanden. IT-Recht ist die Kurzform für Informationstechnologierecht. Das IT- Vertragsrecht ist also das Vertragsrecht der Informationstechnologien und kann mithin als das Recht von Verträgen bezeichnet werden, deren Hauptgegenstand aus IT besteht oder zumindest eng damit zusammenhängt.
