Abstract

The current state of research on the influence of leadership on innovation in family businesses is limited and exhibits many inconsistencies and contradictions. This thesis has addressed this issue and offers a comprehensive and systematic review of the literature on this topic. By thoroughly reviewing 66 publications from 1997 to 2016, this review produces three major conclusions.
