Abstract

The descriptive study and the empirical analysis based on the historical information of the family and non-family businesses compare the data of the two years of observation in 1971 and 2011. A constant development process is assumed as far as the single company did not fall down. But in which economic environment have the firms performed their entrepreneurial activities? The accomplished historical analysis should help to understand these conditions.
