Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über drei Verfahren des G-BA – die Nutzenbewertung von Arzneimitteln, die Methodenbewertung und die Nutzenbewertung von Methoden mit Medizinprodukten hoher Risikoklassen. Auf Grundlage von ökonomischen Theorien zu Innovationen wird diskutiert, inwiefern Struktur und Durchführung der Verfahren eine innovative Gesundheitsversorgung fördern.
