Zusammenfassung
Im vorliegenden Kapitel werden die objektiv-hermeneutischen Fallrekonstruktionen zum einübenden Vollzug von Coaching im Übungsformat der Triade/Kleingruppe dargestellt. Die Strukturierung des Kapitels ist orientiert an den grundlegenden Operationen und Prinzipien eines fallrekonstruktiven forschungspraktischen Vorgehens (vgl. Kraimer 2000, S. 37).
