Abstract

Car-to-X communication is considered as the next major step towards a significant increase of road safety and traffic efficiency. For this purpose, vehicles connect to each other by building up a decentralized wireless ad-hoc network in order to jointly facilitate a various set of advanced and novel cooperative applications.
