Zusammenfassung
Ab Mitte der 1990er-Jahre wurde eine Reihe empirischer Studien publiziert, welche die Vorstellung der endogen stabilen (habituellen) Routine stark kritisierten. Diese Kritik zieht die vor allem in der Form der habituellen Routine postulierte einfache Stimulus-Response-Form des in Organisationen beobachtbaren faktischen Verhaltens in Zweifel.
