Zusammenfassung
Ein wesentliches Ziel des Managements ist die Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes. Die Automatisierung repetitiver Aufgaben und Prozesse in Marketing und Vertrieb spart Zeit und Geld. Die Mitarbeiter werden zu Prozessverwaltern und gewinnen durch die Marketing Automation schrittweise mehr Zeit für die Neugestaltung bestehender Prozesse oder die Schaffung völlig neuer Prozesse. Das ist nicht zuletzt deshalb notwendig, um eine weitere Automatisierung zu erreichen.
