Zusammenfassung
Ein sich wandelndes Rezeptions- und Medienverhalten macht es immer schwieriger für Marketing und PR, zum Konsumenten und gar zum eigenen Mitarbeiter mit Informationen durchzudringen. In einer hypervernetzten, bildgewaltigen und multimedialen Medienlandschaft erweist sich Storytelling derzeit als erfolgreiche Alternative zu herkömmlicher Marketingkommunikation und Pressearbeit. Doch was ist das Erfolgsgeheimnis erfolgreicher Geschichten, das Marketingexperten und Unternehmenssprecher von Schriftstellern und Drehbuchautoren auch tatsächlich übernehmen können? Fünf Bausteine zählen zu den entscheidenden Erfolgstreibern moderner Stories für Unternehmen: eine sinnstiftende Marke, ein Held, ein Konflikt, Emotionalität und eine transmediale Erzählweise.
