Abstract
The results of the present investigation provide further evidence that incidental memory for speaker identification is significantly better than chance in blind as well as sighted lay listeners (cf. section 2.5.). The latter does not only apply to studio quality conditions, but also to cell phone quality conditions and voice lineups with whispered voices.
