Die Luftfracht ist ein Produkt, dass nahezu alle Beteiligte entlang der Supply Chain fasziniert. Teilweise ist dies durch die persönliche Freude des Reisens gefärbt und der Beobachtung, wie eine Vielzahl von Akteuren in enger Verzahnung an der Leistungserstellung zusammenarbeiten. In ihrer Abschätzung, wie sich die Luftfrachtindustrie weiterentwickelt, gehen die Ansichten jedoch weit auseinander.
