Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die methodische Vorgehensweise zur Analyse von VC-Netzwerken. Dabei wurde sowohl eine qualitative als auch eine quantitative explorative Vorgehensweise angewendet, um die komplexen und noch wenig erforschten VC-Netzwerke vielschichtig zu analysieren. Creswell schlägt bei explorativen “mix method approaches“ die Durchführung der qualitativen und anschließend der quantitativen Datenauswertung vor.
