Zusammenfassung
Ökologische Nachhaltigkeit ist in den letzten Jahren Teil vieler Unternehmensstrategien geworden. „Green HRM“ kann einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Umsetzung ökologisch orientierter Strategien sein. Wie dies genau geschehen kann, diskutiert das Kapitel für die Personalfunktionen Employer Branding und Personalauswahl, Personalentwicklung und Training, Performance Management und Führungskräfteentwicklung. Abschließend werden Herausforderungen bei der Umsetzung von Green HRM herausgearbeitet.
