Zusammenfassung

Die Bewertung, welcher Führungsstil angemessen ist, wird stark durch die jeweiligen Rahmenbedingungen – insbesonders dem kulturellen Kontext – beeinflusst. In diesem Kapitel wird der Führungsansatz „Positive Leadership“ mit Fokus auf das PERMA-Lead Modell anhand aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse aus interkultureller Sicht beleuchtet.
