Zusammenfassung
Angesichts zahlreicher Skandale erlebt die Forderung nach Ethik und Verantwortung in Unternehmen eine Renaissance. Ob ein Unternehmen als verantwortlich betrachtet wird, hängt vom Verhalten seiner Führungskräfte ab. Wie können global agierende Führungskräfte Unternehmenswerte weltweit durchsetzen, dabei aber auch lokale Normen respektieren? Und wie lassen sich ethisch orientierte Unternehmenswerte mit den Erwartungen globaler Stakeholder verbinden? Gibt es globale Ethikstandards? Anhand ausgewählter Unternehmensbeispiele wird dargelegt, wie werteorientiertes verantwortliches Führungsverhalten im globalen Kontext entwickelt werden kann und wie eine werteorientierte Unternehmenskultur außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse ermöglicht.
Der Weg zum Tun ist zu sein.
