Die Modal–Analyse ist ein vereinfachendes Verfahren zur Berechnung und Untersuchung der Systemantwort auf gegebene Einwirkungen. Grundgedanke ist, die Antwort des Gesamtsystems aus den Eigenvektoren additiv zusammenzufügen.
