Zusammenfassung
Die Regelungen des Friedenssicherungsrechts der UN-Charta wie des humanitären Völkerrechts nehmen Grundimpulse der Friedensethik auf und verarbeiten sie in einem eigenen System positivierter Rechtsnormen, um den Preis einer gewissen Abkoppelung von den Begründungszusammenhängen der Friedensethik. Insgesamt kann man konstatieren, dass die Staatengemeinschaft seit 1945 eine rasante normative Entwicklung durchlaufen hat und dass auf der normativen Ebene wenig an weiterer Entwicklung zu fordern bleibt. In starkem Maße notleidend ist allerdings die institutionell gestützte Umsetzung dieser Normen.
