This final chapter identifies implications that can be drawn from the study at hand. Firstly, recommendations are given for the practice of professional development programmes in development cooperation countries with the goal of improving the implementation into classroom practice (cf. Chapter 7.1). It is hoped that this study extends the existing knowledge on how cascade trainings in professional development can be implemented successfully.
