Zusammenfassung

Unternehmen müssen für verschiedene in ihrer Industrie relevante Aktivitäten die Entscheidung zwischen Eigenfertigung im Unternehmen und Fremdbezug über den Markt treffen [43] und gestalten auf diese Weise ihre Grenze (vgl. [11], S. 105 und hier und in diesem Absatz [33], S. 1). Die Eigenfertigung im Unternehmen wird auch als Nutzung der Governance-Form Hierarchie und der Fremdbezug über den Markt als Nutzung der Governance-Form Markt bezeichnet [54]. Zwischenformen dieser beiden Governance-Formen sind beispielsweise Kapitalbeteiligungen und Allianzen (vgl. [11], S. 106).
