Abstract

Findings and conclusions of the present study provide key information on performance measurement, mission purpose and configuration, strategy and strategic group formation as well as performance evaluation in higher education. Initially, a literature review was conduced to provide a detailed overview of the current state of research and an understanding of the interrelation between the above listed research areas. From the review of literature it became clear that research into strategy and factors of success in higher business education is very sparse.
