Zusammenfassung
Das letzte Modellkapitel baut auf dem Fundament der vorhergehenden Konstrukte auf, was angesichts der voranschreitenden Umwälzung öffentlicher Kommunikation jedoch nur wenige heuristische Anschlussperspektiven eröffnet. Das Hinzukommen „neuer“ Medien kann an dieser Stelle nicht mehr als additiv umschrieben werden, sondern stellt in der anzutreffenden Kombination von Potenzialen eine massive Neuorientierung des Kommunikationssystems dar.
