Zusammenfassung
Trotz jahrzehntelanger Forschung hat man keinerlei biologisch-pathophysiologischen Marker für diese angebliche Krankheit gefunden [Furman: JCN 23(7), 775–784 (2008)]. Hyperaktivität und Unaufmerksamkeit können auch durch schädigende intrauterine Umwelteinflüsse bedingt sein. Psychosoziale Risikofaktoren spielen auch bei ADHS eine ursächliche Rolle. Mütterliche Wärme hat Einfluss auf das Geburtsgewicht und die spätere ADHS-Symptomatik bei Kindern.
