Zusammenfassung
Politische Prozesse in Organisationen, z.T. auch Mikropolitik genannt, bezeichnen die informellen Prozesse um Macht und Einfluss, wie sie typischerweise hinter den Kulissen der formalen Organisation stattfinden. Zentraler Fokus sind die verdeckten Maßnahmen, die von Organisationsmitgliedern ergriffen werden, um die eigenen Interessen, die Interessen der Abteilung, der Division usw. durchzusetzen.
