Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden aufbauend auf der Diskussion im vorangegangenem Kapitel zwei politische Programme präsentiert, die neben einer Unterstützung privater Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten (F&E) auch eine Stimulierung des interorganisationalen Wissenstransfers durch die öffentliche Hand beinhalten. Das betrifft zum einen die Verbundprojektförderung des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und zum anderen die Forschungsrahmenprogramme der Europäischen Union (EU).
