Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden die Grundbegriffe Wissen und Innovationen definiert. Besonders wird dabei auf verschiedene Arten des Wissens eingegangen. Weiterhin wird aufgezeigt, dass Wissen und insbesondere interorganisationaler Wissenstransfer die Grundvoraussetzungen für Innovationen sind.
