Zusammenfassung
Die gesundheitspolitische Debatte über eine verbesserte Kooperation unterschiedlicher Akteure im Gesundheitswesen ist keineswegs auf das deutsche Gesundheitssystem beschränkt. In vielen europäischen Ländern wird derzeit ein Fachdiskurs darüber geführt, wie bestehende Silostrukturen in der gesundheitlichen und pflegerischen Versorgung der Bevölkerung überwunden werden können (Struijs et al. 2015).
