Zusammenfassung

Patientenorientierung hat in den letzten Jahren in der Krankenbehandlung bzw. vernetzten Versorgung immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen und wird als ein wesentlicher Bestandteil angesehen, um die Versorgungsqualität zu verbessern (Charmel und Frampton 2008; Weijden u. a. 2010). Das Konzept der Patientenorientierung schließt zahlreiche Akteure ein.
