Abstract
The general research approach of this thesis is to decompose the narrowly strong Porter Hypothesis in its two main components, which I named the weak and the strong part, and to analyze them separately in order to better understand each part’s underlying mechanism. While the weak part of the narrowly strong Porter Hypothesis was covered in the previous chapter, this chapter concentrates on the strong, or second, part.
