Zusammenfassung
Starke Marken entstehen durch Mitarbeiter, nicht alleine durch Kommunikation oder starke Produkte. Mitarbeiter beeinflussen tagtäglich das Bild und somit die Stärke einer Marke. Damit eine erfolgreiche Markenführung durch die Mitarbeiter gelingt, muss ein systematischer Prozess zur klaren Verankerung der Markenidentität bei den Mitarbeitern erfolgen. Hierzu sind Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in dem Prozess zu involvieren und auf das Ziel der Markenstrategie auszurichten.
