Zusammenfassung

In automatisierten Fertigungsbereichen spielt die Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE) eine zentrale Rolle, um Verluste und Verschwendungen zu identifizieren. Schnelles Rüsten ist ein Stellhebel, um Losgrößen zu reduzieren oder die Stückzahlausbringung zu erhöhen. Für das neue Thema Industrie 4.0 ist Lean die Basis. Verschwendungen sind zu eliminieren, bevor Prozesse automatisiert und digitalisiert werden.

Reinigen ist Prüfen.
