Abstract

According to Eva Neuhaus and Werner Heuler-Neuhaus, the meaning and interpretation of the term ‘human rights’ is complicated for many cultures. On the one hand, this expression refers to a broad understanding of the status and position of human beings, regardless of specific cultures. On the other hand, the term splits into many individual rights.
