Zusammenfassung

Der folgende Beitrag von Meyer & Schvaneveldt (1971) gehört in die Reihe von frühen, kognitionspsychologisch sehr wichtigen Untersuchungen, deren Ziel es war, Aufschluss über Gedächtnisstrukturen und die zugrundeliegenden Prozesse zu erhalten. Als Kriterien wurden meist Antwortlatenzen verwandt, also etwa die Reaktionszeiten bei bestimmten semantischen Entscheidungen. Der dokumentierten Studie ist die Untersuchungsanordnung entnommen, die gerne in Lehrbüchern dargestellt wird.
