Abstract

To conclude this book, a summary of the findings will be shown, followed by the quality criteria and shortcomings. The main research question of this book is:

How should an approach be constructed with which existing theoretical maturity models can be operationalized to allow for valid, reliable, objective and useful statements regarding the maturity of a technology?

This book provides an approach which is able to respond to this question, albeit with some shortcomings.
