Abstract

Figure 8 is the initial internal communication model, which will be validated in its real-life context with the help of the two research methods. It therefore represents the first two steps of theory building, conceptualization and operationalization (Swanson & Chermack, 2013). This proposed model has been developed with the assistance of the external advisor as well as based on sample organizational charts of various sections of garment factories provided by PSES.
