Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff Wandel und die entsprechenden englischen Begriffe Change und Shift nehmen eine zentrale Stellung in der Rhetorik von Reformbemühungen ein. In der Hochschullehre wird Wandel beispielsweise im Slogan Shift from Teaching to Learning hervorgehoben. Der Bezugsrahmen der pädagogischen Hochschulentwicklung (Brahm, Jenert & Euler, in diesem Band) verortet Wandel auf den Ebenen der Lernumgebungen, der Studienprogramme und der Organisation. Wir wollen in diesem Beitrag der Frage nachgehen, ob und welche Gemeinsamkeiten Wandel auf diesen Ebenen hat. Wir fragen nach den Objekten des Wandels und ob diese den drei Ebenen gemeinsam sind.
