Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag stellt die Autorin vier (mehr oder weniger) fiktive Fallbespiele einer Restorative Justice vor, die im Sinne einer Healthy Justice verstanden werden können. Die „Konflikte“ der Fallbeispiele reichen von Körperverletzung über häusliche Gewalt bis hin zu sexueller Beleidigung und werden mit unterschiedlichen Spielarten von Restorative Justice bearbeitet.
