Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff Energiearmut hat sich in den letzten Jahren in Deutschland etabliert. Verbraucherschützer und karitative Einrichtungen wenden sich dem Problem zu. Was genau unter dem Begriff oder dem Phänomen der Energiearmut zu verstehen ist, bleibt bisher jedoch unklar. Vielfach wird Kritik laut: Von Stigmatisierung der Betroffenen ist die Rede, aber auch von der Irrelevanz des Problems.
