Zusammenfassung
Unternehmen und ihre Führungskräfte stehen drei zentralen strategischen Herausforderungen gegenüber: Erstens sind Führungskräfte mit dynamischer Komplexität konfrontiert, die Steuerung und Vorhersagbarkeit von Entwicklungen im Unternehmen und auf dem Markt erschweren. Zweitens sind Führungskräfte gefordert, Risiken in einer Welt zu managen, die durch Volatilität, Unsicherheit, Komplexität und Ambiguität geprägt ist. Drittens stehen Führungskräfte vor der Aufgabe, die Agilität ihres Unternehmens zu entwickeln, damit es sich flexibel und schnell den Erfordernissen in einem dynamischen Umfeld anpassen kann. Nur Unternehmen und Führungskräfte, die in der Lage sind, diese Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, werden dauerhaft Erfolg haben.
