Zusammenfassung
Die aus der Strukturevaluation abgeleitete Zielplanung wird zur Blaupause für die von Prof. Dr. Ludger Kolhoff moderierte Ziel- Umsetzungs- und Prozessevaluationsplanung des Projektes. Sie erfolgt an den Grundschulen Altmühlstraße und Bebelhof bis zum Ende des Schuljahres 2013-2014 und an der Grundschule Rheinring bis Ende 2014. Es werden Planungsübersichten zur Umsetzungsplanung des Projektes, aber auch für die Vorbereitung der Prozessevaluation erstellt, die ab dem Schuljahr 2014 erfolgt.
