Zusammenfassung
Wer erfolgreich Marketing und Kommunikation betreiben will, muss Themen steuern können. Tatsächlich aber sind viele Unternehmen in klassischen Strukturen verhaftet. Akkurat ausgearbeitete Organigramme dokumentieren tarifliche Eingruppierungen und Hierarchiestufen. Die Frage, ob Mitarbeiter in einem Einzel- oder Zweierbüro arbeiten, kann dabei wichtiger sein als inhaltliche Notwendigkeiten oder aktuelle Themen. In solch festgefahrenen Strukturen ist das Tagesgeschäft häufig geprägt von Dauerkonflikten um Zuständigkeiten und Budgets. Der Wunsch, einheitliche Botschaften auszusenden und mit einer Stimme zu sprechen, erscheint in einem solchen Klima kaum umsetzbar (Moss 2014).
