Zusammenfassung
Für die Evaluation von E-Health-Anwendungen stehen derzeit mannigfaltige Guidelines und Evaluationsansätze zur Verfügung. Sie alle sind mit der Intention entwickelt worden, sich den Herausforderungen anzunehmen, welche mit der Bewertung komplexer soziotechnischer Interventionen einhergehen (s. Abschn. 2 in Kapitel „Einführung“), und einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der internen Validität von Evaluationsstudien zu leisten.
