Das Wort „Waffe(n)“ hat in den Vorschriften der §§ 89 a Abs. 2 Nr. 2, 89 a Abs. 2 Nr. 3, 113 Abs. 2 Satz 2 Nr. 1, 121 Abs. 3 Satz 2 Nr. 2, 125 a Satz 2 Nr. 2, 127, 177 Abs. 3 Nr. 1, 177 Abs. 4 Nr. 1, 224 Abs. 1 Nr. 2, 244 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. a, 250 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. a, 250 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 und 250 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StGB Verwendung gefunden. Darüber hinaus findet sich die Zeichenkette im Begriff der „Schusswaffe(n)“ in den §§ 89 a Abs. 2 Nr. 1, 121 Abs. 3 Satz 2 Nr. 1, 125 a Satz 2 Nr. 1, 292 Abs. 2 Satz 2 Nr. 3, 316 c Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2 und 316 c Abs. 4 StGB, dem der „Kriegswaffe(n)“ in den §§ 129 a Abs. 2 Nr. 4 und 243 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 7 StGB sowie in dem Begriff der „Handfeuerwaffe“ ebenfalls in § 243 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 7 StGB.
