Abstract
This Chapter presents detailed accounts of the findings from the three empirical data collection phases. Accordingly, this Chapter is structured in three parts. The first part focuses on the presentation of the findings from the literature-based and the empirical studies (Section 4.1). The second part then details the empirical findings and shows, for each of the three interview phases, the detailed results (Sections 4.2 to 4.4). The third part then discusses the development of the substantive GT by developing codes and categories (Section 4.5). GT codes (open and focused codes), theoretical memos and visual demonstrations of ideas (integrative diagrams) provide an insight into the development of the final GT categories. The methodology for this study, discussed and explained in Chapter 3, was used to guide the data collection phase, is illustrated in this Chapter.
