Abstract

Illicit drug trafficking is a worldwide phenomenon, and some trafficking routes cover significant parts of the globe. In many countries on every continent, cultivation and/or production of illicit substances takes place. Accordingly, virtually every nation, at least to some degree, has to handle the issue of drug dealing.
