Zusammenfassung
Sollte man die Erreichung von Zielen materiell belohnen und damit den Schritt von einem reinen Führungssystem hin zu einem Vergütungssystem vollziehen? Die Frage ist äußerst facettenreich. Es gibt viele Gründe dafür und viele dagegen. Um dem Leser eine fundierte eigene Meinungsbildung zu ermöglichen, werden nachfolgend in Form einer Argumentebilanz wichtige Pro- und Contra-Argumente dargestellt.
Als ich klein war, glaubte ich, Geld sei das Wichtigste im Leben. Heute, da ich alt bin, weiß ich: Es stimmt.
