Zusammenfassung
Menschen unterscheiden sich in ihren Persönlichkeitsprofilen. Damit liegt natürlich auch die Frage nahe, wie der „ideale Mitarbeiter“ für Zielvereinbarungssysteme aussieht. Es ist anzunehmen, dass einzelne Persönlichkeitsmerkmale dazu führen, dass Mitarbeiter besonders intensiv und in der erwünschten.
Wenn nur die Pferde klar sehen, dann kann der Kutscher auch einmal ein Nickerchen machen.
