Der vorliegende Marktspiegel kann als Grundlage für die Auswahl eines neuen FOS ERP‐Systems genutzt werden. In diesem Kapitel wird gezeigt, wie der Softwarevorauswahlprozess auf Basis der identifizierten Merkmale, Merkmalswerte bzw. deren Ausprägungen unterstützt werden kann.
