Zusammenfassung

Viele B2B-Märkte sind in hohem Maße durch zwei Merkmale gekennzeichnet: (1) Akteure führen in mehr oder minder kurzen Abständen wiederholte Transaktionen miteinander durch und gehen Geschäftsbeziehungen ein; (2) Akteure agieren typischer Weise auf mehreren Ländermärkten und mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern. Dies gilt beispielsweise für die Zulieferindustrie im Kosmetikbereich ebenso wie für Unternehmensberatungen, für Versicherungsgesellschaften oder auch für Maschinenbauer. Die Austauschbeziehungen in B2B-Märkten können dyadische Kunden-Lieferanten-Konstellationen sein oder auch Netzwerkstrukturen annehmen, bei denen mehrere Unternehmen miteinander interagieren.
