Zusammenfassung
Spätestens seit der Studie „Energie-Wende“ des Ökoinstituts 1980 gibt es einen anhaltenden Trend, der auf eine fundamentale Restrukturierung des deutschen Energiemarktes aus ist. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit genießt hierbei die Idee der dezentralen Energieerzeugung, und hiermit ist wiederum die Option verbunden, dass private Energieabnehmer, vulgo Haushalte oder Konsumenten, eine relativ neue, sehr exponierte Stellung erklimmen können. Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass sie aufgrund neuer Technologien von reinen Energiekonsumenten zu (partiellen) Energieproduzenten mutieren, die sich direkt oder indirekt, individuell oder kollektiv, vollständig oder teilweise selbst versorgen und ggf.
