Abstract
The Bergakademie Freiberg seems now to be strongly committed to the PPP historybuilding in Germany … and in Europe. Many things have been said in favour of PPP and against PPP in many countries in Europe and in the world. Generally, this kind of judgments is more of an overall emotional perception of the business world than the result of a case by case objective reasoning based on the motivation of the proper use of public funds.
